Puto, a long-term resident at the refuge, has been there since he was a young pup, and has been searching for his forever home ever since. He has shown kindness to every animal and human that has crossed his path.
Despite growing up at the refuge, Puto is eager to bring his spunk and loyalty to his new forever home in Canada. With his kind nature, socialization, and good health, Puto is a true star and love bug.
He was rescued from getting hit by a car by Massiel on her way to work one morning. Puto has become the man of the house, acting as the guardian to all. He has developed a deep bond with Massiel and loves to follow her everywhere she goes. According to Massiel (and all of us at CCPR) Puto embodies the definition of love, strength, courage, and kindness, and that is incredibly special.
